1. Return
1.1 Return Conditions
(1) Returns must be postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date.
(2) If you receive damaged/defective items, you should notify the customer service department within 48 hours of receipt.
(3) All returns must be sent out in the original box, with the original packaging, undamaged, and not affecting resale.
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost.
1.2 Return Fees
(1) If it is due to product quality, wrong product, etc., we will bear the return shipping cost.
(2) If you do not like the product, or if the return is not due to product quality, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
(3) Consumers do not incur a fee for door-to-door pickup service for returns.
1.3 Return Procedure
If you are not 100% satisfied with the received goods, we are sorry.
You can follow these steps to return the goods:
(1) Log in to your account. Find the order in "My Orders" and copy the order number.
(2) Contact customer service at support@zakcare.com.
(3) Fill out the return information on paper.
(4) Pack the product, and contact the delivery company to arrange the return.
(5) We will immediately confirm the package upon receiving the return.
(6) Update the return refund status within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your wallet or your original payment account.
Please note: We reserve the right not to process returns in the following cases:
(1) Returns exceed the return deadline.
(2) Returns of non-website products.
(3) Unapplied returns.
2. Refund
2.1 Refund Conditions
All returns must be sent out in the original packaging box, with the original packaging, undamaged, and not affecting resale.
Please note that special handling fees, taxes, or customs duties that you paid or were due at the time of purchase will not be refunded. However, you can apply for a refund of local taxes or customs fees directly from the local customs office.
2.2 Refund Procedure
(1) Contact customer service. When the logistics number for the return arrives at the seller's warehouse, provide the logistics number information.
(2) Customer service confirms the logistics and receives the goods into the warehouse.
(3) The refund defaults to the original payment account.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Refund Method: Bank, Processing Time: 3-5 working days
Cancellation Policy:
Once you place an order, we will immediately start producing personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, there may be some associated fees that will be deducted from your refund.
The specific time for the refund to be returned to your original payment account depends on your payment method/bank account.
If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It generally takes 3-5 days, so please be patient.
